Goals of MUST: Comments and Suggestions

The goals that the university wants to achieve is very much attention –taking and excellent. It is really so good that if all those goals will be achieved, the university will be in its highest level to compete to other universities not only in the Philippines but internationally and globally.
When I read all the goals that the universities wants to achieve, I was really so amazed. I can’t really imagine if all those goals will be achieved, then the Mindanao University of Science and Technology will be in its highest level. Students will be really striving to enroll in the university to fulfill their goal in life.
Being on the Mindanao University of Science and Technology, even if it is not yet fully develop feels really quite good, but being on this university with its highest level of development will be more fantastic. I think the graduates of the fully develop university will be more competent enough not only in the Philippines but globally.
I really hope all of these goals will really be achieved, but I still have this doubt on some of the goals. One of the goals is the goal number 4 which is to establish the center of energy and environment. I think becoming the leading national research institute in the field of energy and environment is quite difficult to achieve because nowadays energy is really much a big problem in our community, so we are lacking the best possibilities in achieving this energy research. Goal number 7 is also doubtful for me to really happen in just four years. The budget of the infrastructure is big enough to have. The land capacity of the area of the school is not that good to have lots of buildings. These are just the goals of the university that I think is so realistic to achieve.
